2010 Gay Games 9 will be in Cleveland, OH, USA. 

Cleveland and Akron, Ohio are hosting Gay Games 9 (AKA Gay Games IX) August 9-16, 2014.  Man y athletes and some chorus members are planning to attend this round of the Gay Games.  The Gay Rodeo is also in Akron during the week of Gay Games.  Social events are scheduled nearly every day and night of the Gay Games week. 

Hotels in Cleveland are some of the best in the country, and great rates are available on the Cleveland Gay Games 9 web site.  www.gg9cle.com  Shuttle service to and from Cleveland every day and the schedule is also on the GG9 web site.  The sports venues are some of the best ever seen in Gay Games history.

Cleveland has light rail from the airport to downtown.  Most Cleveland hotels are walking distance from Public Square stop on the light rail and others are only a very, very short taxi ride.   Participants can pick up their accreditation at the Cleveland Convention Center.  This is a short walk from Public Square toward Lake Erie.  The convention center is also hosting several sports and the Press and Media area for Gay Games 9.

The Gay Games Village will be open daily with booths, food, beverages, and a main stage with performances daily.  This will be a gathering point for athletes and spectators daily. The cost is free.
