Wednesday
Seattle Frontrunners   4 mile run at 6:30 PM at Volunteer Park on Capital Hill.  Meal following run.

 Seattle Frontrunners   3,4,5,6 mile walk or run at 9:00 AM at Green Lake.   Coffee/Breakfast following run.

Seattle Frontrunners   Track and Field Practice  at 10:00 AM at the West Seattle Stadium.

Seattle Frontrunners is a running and walking club of over 350 gay and lesbian members and their friends. We welcome everyone's participation, regardless of age, race, gender, sexual orientation, or athletic ability.
